Congratulations on the arrival of your precious bundle!

The newborn days can be both beautiful and brutal (brutiful as my famous saying goes). Some days it’s hard enough to get out of your PJs, let alone think about preparing a nutritious meal.

Extra Support

I work one-on-one with new mums to provide customised care. If you’re struggling with milk supply, fatigue, colic or windy babies, I’m just a Skype call away. For those that are really struggling with milk supply my Milk Supply E-Guide will be available soon too. I also highly recommend my cook book which is not just for mums but dads too! A couple of the recipes in here I literally had written on paper on the fridge when our first son was born and my husband could follow the instructions while I was busy feeding!
