The early years are a beautiful matrix of mind and body development. There’s so much going on those little bodies – and it’s important to make sure they get the right fuel for the job. Establishing good nutrition and movement habits in the early years sets your kids up for true health and wellbeing – for life. However, I also know there is a lot of confusing and conflicting advice - this was one of my main drivers for writing The Nourished Baby. This is your step-by-step guide to make the process of starting your baby of on solid food as easy as possible based on the latest research. Parents have said the week-by-week plan is possibly the most helpful part of the book. It's follow-on 'sibling' book - The Nourished Toddler - is due for release in September! I would also recommend checking out my live events as this is your prime opportunity to hear this information delivered in a fun and engaging presentation (I speak like I write!!) and ask me all of your questions! My VIP group is also your place of ongoing support - I do a private LIVE in there once a month and share hot-off-the-press research in a very simple way.

Starting Solids, Fussy Toddlers and More!

I work many parents to provide individual nutrition advice and support during the early stages of your child's' food journey. If you’re struggling with starting solids, allergies, digestive issues, special diets, fussy toddlers or any other nutritional challenge, I can help. I work with parents all over the world by Skype so you do not even need to leave the house. For those that just have a question or two I have special short consultations to help keep cost (and time!) down.
