The early years are a beautiful matrix of mind and body development. There’s so much going on those little bodies – and it’s important to make sure they get the right fuel for the job. Establishing good nutrition and movement habits in the early years sets your kids up for true health and wellbeing – for life. My Starting Solids programme will help you get babe off to the right start. It’s a step-by-step plan to make the weaning process high on fun and low on frustration.
I work one-on-one with a small number of parents to provide individual nutrition advice and support. If you’re struggling with allergies, digestive issues, special diets or any other nutritional challenge, I can help. I work with parents all over the world by Skype.
